Do you want to make a walking or cycling trip, starting at the brewery? That's perfect! The walking and cycling network ‘West Flanders’ passes at the rear of the brewery and various nodes and entry points are at a short distance from the brewery.

• Tournee Locale route Poperinge-Vleteren (33 km): this route has been voted 'Most beautiful cycling route in Belgium'! Other Tournee Local routes are Vleteren -Alveringem - Lo-Reninge (34 km), Poperinge - Vleteren - Ieper (46.5 km) and Diksmuide - Lo-Reninge - Alveringem (44.9 km).

Cycling trip - To the roots and back
Discover the route that our colleague Frederik has mapped out. He takes you on a 50 km journey through the history of our brewery: from the Mont des Cats in France where it all began, past the Sint-Sixtus Abbey in Westvleteren to Watou.
Walking trip - A block around the brewery
Our colleague Kayleigh mapped out a 5 km walk around the brewery, through the Helleketel wood and along the Trappistenweg. Ideal to relax after the effort on our 360° rooftop Bar Bernard!
