QUIZ CONCEPT
📺 Open the quiz (through the 'play' button below) on a screen of your choice: (smart) TV, laptop, etc. Please note: do not use a smartphone for this, as you will need one to play.
📱 Before the quiz starts, scan the QR code that appears on the screen with your smartphone.

💯 Choose A, B, C, or D. The faster you answer correctly, the more points you earn!
WHO IS IT FOR?
🗣️ This second edition of the quiz has a Dutch and an English version.
❓ Anyone who enjoys a fun, trivia quiz. 95% of the questions are general, so only a very small percentage are specific questions about St.Bernardus.
🏆 Play alone or with your group against hundreds of other St.Bernardus enthusiasts in a real St.Bernardus Trophy ranking.
🍻 Pub or bar owners can also use the quiz for free to organize a St.Bernardus quiz at their establishment. Everyone present in the establishment will then compete against each other instead of the general St.Bernardus Trophy ranking. Again, all you need is a screen or projection device and a stable internet connection. Interesting to know: this version of the quiz can also be played after December 12th.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
You want to play one big, interactive, free online quiz with all the proud St.Bernard enthusiasts? Join in, either alone or with family, friends, or relatives. The company and location don't matter, as long as you have a screen and a stable internet connection.
STEP 1: On Friday, December 12, 2025, around 7:50 PM, click the "play" link below. Five minutes later, at 7:55 PM, the quiz will go live.
STEP 2: To participate, press "play," and each player scans the QR code with their smartphone and enters their email address, (quiz) name and city/town.
STEP 3: The smartphones are now linked to the quiz. Always keep that tab open!
STEP 4: If possible, take a St.Bernardus Abt 12 from the refrigerator. Did you know that the aromas of this beer are best experienced if you take it out of the refrigerator fifteen minutes before tasting it? Then click 'start the quiz'.
STEP 5: Each question starts automatically, and the answer screen on your smartphone follows along. The question may need some time to load. If the question doesn't start automatically, click 'play' or 'next'. Throughout the quiz, you can see how many people are currently playing.
STAP 6: For each question, select what you think is the correct answer. Choose A, B, C, or D. The faster you answer, the more points you earn! The quiz consists of four rounds of 10 questions each and lasts approximately one hour.
STAP 7: Your group's standings will be announced midway through and after each round. You can also see your own scores on your smartphone. The complete final rankings, including all participants, will be published on the website and sent through email afterward.
PRIZES FOR WINNERS
🏆 We've made a conscious decision to announce the prize package only after the quiz. We'll have a great prize package for the top 3, and we'll also raffle off several prizes among all participants. We'll notify all participants by email.
