FAQ's
-
Is it mandatory to book in advance?
Booking in advance is not required, but recommended. If the Brewery Tour is not fully booked, you can purchase tickets on the spot.
-
When do I have the best chance to see the bottling plant in operation?
The bottling plant is only active from Monday to Friday. You have the best chance to see the bottling plant in action on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is of course not a guarantee and is subject to possible technical defects. Are we not filling bottles on the day you visit? Don't worry, all steps of the filling and packaging process are extensively visualised via the touchscreens on the walkway in the production hall.
-
In which languages is the visitor experience available?
All audio fragments are provided in 4 languages: Dutch, French, English and German. The text panels are in 3 languages: Dutch, French and English.
-
How long does the tour take?
The Brewery Tour lasts approximately 60 minutes. At the end of the visit, you can return your audio guide to the brewery shop. In exchange for your audio guide you will receive your beverage tokens and a discount voucher worth €5. This discount can only be used on purchases in the brewery shop after visiting the Brewery Tour.
-
Can I arrange for a visit with a guide?
The tour part of the new visitor experience can be taken entirely at your own pace. We have developed a self-guided tour that allows visitors to start every section (text, image or sound) automatically at their own convenience. We have not made any provisions yet for a guided tour.
-
What exactly does the kid's tour entail?
We've developed an interactive kid's tour. We recommend the kid’s tour for children aged 6 and up, which is available in Dutch and French. In a playful way, the child will look for tips during the full length of the Brewery Tour route. In the end, the tips lead to a nice surprise! Children can also listen to the audio fragments of the adult tour.
-
Can I take my dog?
Pets and other animals are not permitted in the brewery. This is due to our strict hygienic standards and to ensure the safety of the pets as well as the visitors of the brewery.
